Jason Hunt is a Kiwi based in Sydney, a former professional long-distance triathlete, elite marathon runner, and seasoned executive search professional. With a career that includes working internally for some of the world’s top airlines, such as Air New Zealand and Qantas, and partnering externally with many other leading organisations, Jason brings a wealth of experience in leadership and performance.

As a sub-2:30 marathoner on his own journey to break 2:20, Jason brings the same focus, determination, and discipline to his running as he does to his work. His dual passions for endurance sports and leadership inspired him to launch Execs Who Run, where he combines his experience and curiosity to uncover the personal stories, challenges, and insights of leaders who balance their ambitions on and off the pavement.
